Our construction managers’ duties often include the carrying out of inspections and random checking of the works carried out, as well as checking that quality controls are being carried out in accordance with the specified controls and environmental plans. They also carry out technical checks of blasting and rock excavation as well as probe drilling, grouting and rock reinforcement to make sure that it complies with the documented specifications. Economic control and production management in respect of quantities and costs, too, are often included in the construction manager’s duties.
