UVS Vibration Monitors
With the ABEM UVS 600 vibration monitor one can measure particle velocity, acceleration and ground displacements over long periods of time. The instrument is suitable for use in the field and can be remote controlled via a telephone line or via GSM. Moreover, several instruments can be managed simultaneously from a personal computer (PC or laptop) and the results can be downloaded for storage and analysis, and be printed out if necessary. The UVS 600 can also send peak values to the Nitro Consult web-based measurement data reporting system, NCVIB, which is accessible to customers.

The UVS 600 is a single-channel instrument. When more channels are needed we use the UVS 1500, which has four channels and records events at 2 kHz. The UVS 1500 also sends graphs of events to the NCVIB portal.
